I have a white spot in my tonsil, it looks like creamy white, but I have no pain or uncomfortablenes in my throat. It looks disturbing, I have attached the image, please tell me what is it and what to do for this?

It’s just tonsiloliths, nothing to worry.
Just do salt water or betadine gargle with warm water 3 times a day after food.
