Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Am suffering from cold for few days, doctor prescribed antibiotics and bilastine ( Antihistamines).. Am feeling constipated.. is it because of antihistamines or any concerns?

Hi I'm 43. No bp no sugar.  I have a white patch on the back of my throat only on the left side near the tonsil area. It feels like a small tonsil inflammation with white patch. The right side is perfectly normal. It keeps coming and going. There are no other symptoms. When I have something cold, I can feel my thesis getting irritated. Im attaching a pic that I have taken. Hopefully that will help. I'm worried it may be cancer or something. Please advise.

I get throat ulcers every other month this time i got it a week ago I took some vitamins and it got beter but 2 days ago I got it again it's hard swallow and i also feel very tired I do not drink or smoke I also don't take non vegetarian food I have pcod for which I take metformin twice daily and neurobion forte as suggested by my doctor what should I do for these ulcers

Is stugeron(cinnarizine) the best tablet for vertigo? If not, any other effective tablet? Can we take it while we are on blood pressure medication? Thanks.

I have a feeling of something stuck in the throat and it is going to be almost a month since I am suffering from this problem. I have taken up antibiotic course for it and medications like Maxtra P as per my ENT consultation. But I am not relieved with the lump feeling as it sometimes gives me gag reflex. I have orangish bumps in the back of the throat and the stuck feeling is felt near the adam's apple. I have undertaken hemogram test which gave my esr value as 25. My crp quantitative is 5.60 but my ige total is 1177.50. I don't think it is a case of strep throat as i dont have any swollen tonsils or fever or lymph nodes. Should I get a throat culture for this? What could be the reason for high ige? I am attaching a picture of my throat for reference.

Last week i had ice cream, some freezed cakes and juices. I got cold severely my doctor prescribed antibiotics, cough syrup and steam inhalation. Now around a week i am getting thick mucus from nose and throat. No fever . Any concerns ?
