Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have ringing sound in ear like a longer beep and I'm having it since 3 days. I don't have any hearing issue but I am not able to sleep at all.. It's becoming hard to sleep for 5 hours. I am hardly able to sleep from 1am to 5 am..and even If I try to sleep also not able to sleep. Any suggestions

My 6 year old son recently started breathing from mouth while sleeping. Sometimes spit comes from mouth while sleeping, also he snores a little bit. He does not wake up in the middle of the night and completes his 8-9 hours sleep restfully. No issue while sleeping. All the other things are completely normal. One month ago he cought flu and had runny and blocked nose, after that all these things happened. Is it normal for children?

Hello, I am feeling dizziness while turning from left to straight position or right to straight position. I am breastfeeding mother and I always breastfeed in lying position. I have had throat infection last week post which I got fever followed by extreme weakness in body. After getting my blood tests done my ESR came out to be 43. Please let me know if this is concerning or need further treatment.
