Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Due to severe throat infection, currently having azee 500 ,montina L , and pain killer . Feeling ear fullness and tinnitus effect on both the ears . Kindly suggest how reduce this effect

Undergone myringotomy Surgery on Dec 20, 2023. Grommet has been installed inside my ear. Can I travel by air next week? Are there any precautions I need to take?

My throat becomes dry only on one side (right) follower by 2-3 hard  coughs and tears in eye. I visited an ENT and they suggested some anti-allergic medicine and it helped for sime time but after 2-3 days of medication the throat again becomes dry and I'm experiencing this from past 2 years no antibiotics work.
