Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My sister have no any ear problem in past & suddenly on day she can't hear in one ear She concerned local doctor but they can't do anything. Report taken is attached herewith Please do needful or suggest any treatment for that

I'm having red bump with whitish coating on my newly pierced nose stud since a month. It looks like a boil which bleeds if I press on it. What can I do to heal it completely and how long will it take ?

I was having throat discomfort since long so I went for USG neck as most of the doctors just give antibiotics most of the time... radiologist said it's normal also report also says no significant abnormality detected but it also adds this in one line -  ( Bilateral subcentimetric  cervical lymph nodes are seen with maintained central fatty hilum. Lymph nodes of right side largest)  measuring 9 *3.1 mm and level II and life side largest measuring 8.7 * 3.3 mm at level II And In impressions it says NO SIGNIFICANT ABNORMALITY DETECTED...help me pls ..added photo also

Sir , I had pain in throat and ear for 3 months now. Consulted many doctors done endoscopy, ultrasound neck everything . I am uploading my x ray Styloid sir can you please say do I have elongated Styloid as doctor said so.

H, My ears making sounds like broken speaker when I hear loud noises like vehicle horn, dish clanging, hand dryer etc.. My ears become sensitivity to sounds I will get this "grrrrrrr" Sensation when I hear loud sounds and it stops as soon that sound stops I went to 4-5 ENTs but no use at all, they did 2 tests audiogram and tympanometry audiogram was normal but tympanometry test showed Type B so they prescribed me some tablets and asked me to do valsava exercises for weeks I followed that one but still no help. can anyone please help me with this at least can anyone tell me is this curable or not? I can't live with this. every sounds hurting me like anything I just don't want to live.

My IgE level was 1520 3 months before and I used Aller bio sachets for 3 months and now I had a blood test so it has increased to 2480 . How can it be decrease. What are the side effects of these?? I consulted an ENT he suggested for aller bio sachets. But no use of this.

I'm suffering from a severe cough and chest pain since a week . My chest is paining due to severe cough. Can u please suggest any tablet . No cold but only severe cough.

When I lay down or wake up I feel dizzy or feel like I will faint but no spinning sensation which last for 2 to 5 seconds that to only on right side, why is this, I have history of bppv which is cleared with maneuver and cervical muscles tightness and trapezius muscle knots, can this be the reason. My brain mri is clear cervical spine mri is clear no issues. Please answer so I can do next consultation.
