Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am uploading picture of my nose inside looks like this I have no pain no itching no obstruction but feeling something. Inside. This happened me first time I went to doctor told me that you have congestion he prescribed me oyxspray but redness is same before Wt to do now

Sir/ Mam Last 1 or 2 days I am feeling some irritation in my right ear . I feel like some kind of blockage is there and some discomfort in my throat and also a kind of dizziness.

I have snoring problem from last 7 years. It has started affecting my family members now as it causes trouble in their sleep. I have tried medicine, drops and spray puffs but they seem to be temporary solutions as once I stop them the snoring return back. Can someone please help in controlling this problem? Prescription from my last consultation attached. I had below medicines for last 5 days Decort 6 Gudcef CV 200 Montair FX Duonase spray Xylomist drops

I got tonsil and my throat is paining, not able to swallow and also i see some white spot near my tonsil in my throat. please suggest what should I do?

Only my one throat is swelling and had cough in one nostril left ear is also painful feeling strech in the left side of the neck

I have cough problem always I spit there is a white cough like material comes out of mouth not like as regular cough it always annoys me everytime is it something serious,I consulted a doctor he said it is due to allergy from smoke wind and dirtnes..

I have a question. Whenever i eat something cold or also when i eat curd/yogurt i quickly get a throat infection. Why is that? In childhood i had a lot of throat infection and for that i was prescribed antibiotics. I have not tasted an icecream or cold drink since last 7-8 years. I so long to eat those occasionally but again i know i will end up with throat infection :(. And also if i drink buttermilk also at normal temperature i get throat irritation and if i continue to drink for a while i am sure i will end up with throwt infection. Is this a genetic problem? Or is it something to do with allergies? If i get tonsillectomy, will I get rid of this pharyngitis after such food? Please guide me. I want to eat like others :(. I am so depressed

Yesterday I pierced my nose from a Jewellery. It was gun shot with metal ring given by them.Till now I have no issue apart from minor pain.What precautions should I take to heal it fast and to prevent it getting infected?

I have a left side stretch from collar bone with the throat pain. When I move my head I hear a sound in the left ear. When I swallow with the head downward i hear the bone sound. Also my jaw is painful. And had eye infection so took the antibiotics course of three days but it is still not recovered.
