Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Ever since when I was around 11 years old I have been experiencing fatigue and lethargy throughout the day whenever I stay idle (for example in class rooms) which resulted in stopping me from leading a vigorous life and I also found it difficult to fall asleep. Whenever I consulted primary doctors they told that I'm having this problem due to anemia or other related ailments. But all my test results were moderate and I continued to have these issues for many years. Later, a few years ago I was diagnosed with nasal septum deviation. The doctor at a govt. hospital suggested that I go under medication first and if the condition is not cured then undergo a surgery.  I was only prescribed certain suppressant medicines and nasal spray continuously which were of no help and had side effects. So I stopped it. I am still having those troubles which causes me to lose the energy all day. Can septoplasty cure this condition? Plz suggest specialists near me and govt. insurance empanelled hospitals.

I am facing nasal block, hearing loss and tinitus problem from around 2 years. Audiomentary report shows 40%loss , vitamin D level 11.6 and SERUM IgE level 804.1 dr suggested for hearing aids. Is there any other option available other than hearing aids? ,also i have question is there any genetic factor involve? Or will this problem be transfer to my successor? Also I want to know the reason of this hearing loss? Is this due to allergy? Attaching my audiomentary report here.

I had cough and cold from last few days , doc suggested some test crp and cbc X ray Paview, infection CRP 89 was detected at that time . after that 2 days of treatment crp came normal ie 5.25 but i was on immunosuppressant for MG that i left before 1 month now i am afraid of if the infection develop to fungal or i worried of black fungas. as reports are normal but in covid era same trend was followed. should i worry

I use to consume tobacco product before but i left very things . Can i know what is this white patch is it dangerous

Feel likes food stuck in throat then when i properly study i unabled to get focus ifeel very high body and neck pain and smelly fart and constipation issue but when i pressure on thoat to swalow food then my focus issue dissapear please suggest solution

Hi my sis is facing throat issues since past few years her throat is having so many white patches and few grey patch please help to cure it!!! Is this serious i searched in google its telling leukoplaxia and fibrosis i am very worried for her please help to cure she dont drink smoke no bad habits also please help to cure those patches!!
