Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Need online help from jaipur based professionals related to allergies. I want to get rid of, or make the effect of my allergies minimal. I am genuinely considering immunotherapy and I cannot find a suitable person to consult with regarding the same. My allergies have spread from my nose to my skin to mouth roof to my eyes despite taking medicines every time I have reactions. Need online guidance to further understand the possibilities of what can be done to minimalise it. Would appreciate if you could tell me your thoughts on this so I can consult you directly in person based on your input. Although, please do tell me here...can a doctor say I have allergic rhinitis solely based on a call, without any physical tests? Just because my symptoms are this?

From morning my nose from right side shows blood with mucous. Either i spray my nose or clear mucous of nose it shows blood. Even nasal passage opening in mouth after soitting shows blood. I also feel some pain in upper area of right nose at head. What to do. It is not continuous.

10 days ago endoscopy test done which report is normal but after 10 days of endoscopy there is very little pain in throat. Is it normal or not?

I've been struggling with allergic rhinitis for 7 years. Every time I get allergies i have to take meds. And it never stops, it keeps spreading.
