Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, my mother starts coughing post fruit/fruit juice consumption leading to severe pain in chest and lower abdomen. She is also suffering from joint pain and nerve stretching sensation. She has high bp as well. Few months back she was not able to speak as her vocal cords were swollen inside as mentioned by the doctor. Also, she has digestion issues. Can someone guide me on this please.
