Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Nak sae khool aa rha hae aur khane ka taste bhi nai aa rha hae please suggest some medicene or home remedy

My mother aged 77 was diagnosed with asthma for the last 10 years. She is taking inhaler for that. However she is also suffering from seviour cold and cough which recurre every month. Earlier she was facing such a cold and cough once in every year that the frequency increased to 2-3 times a year. And from the  last october every month. Pulmonologist earlier used to give clavam 650 which is now not responding. Doctor prescribing cortisteriods and clarithomycin. However the frequency of cold and cough attack is increased from 30days to 15 days i. e.  after response of steroids and antibiotic and after recovery only after a gap of 5-7 days again cold and cough with serious nature occurring. Already tried with homeopathy and presently ayurvedic taking. Is such a recurring cold and cough treatment is not possible.

I have a feeling of something stuck in the adam's apple of the throat. It gives me choking feeling and also makes me want to vomit. This feeling has lasted me more than 15 days. I am on the antibiotic dose of cefuroxime axetil 500 mg as per the ent doctor but I don't see any reduction in the feeling. I have attached the picture of back of my throat. What could it be?

Hello, I am experiencing a stuffed nose every morning I wake up along with a few blood spots in Mucus sometimes. Also feeling slight pain in the upper section of the throat & near tonsils as well while drinking water sometimes. Can this be due to any infection and what should I do to cure it. Please advise

I am feeling my right ear blocked from last 2 days. It first happened 6 days ago but got well in few days... But again it got blocked. It feels like when you sometimes get water stuck in your ear. I have mild pain.

I recently posted a pic of my throat with a lump like thing beside epiglottis, can that be a Vallecular Cysts? I have it since a year. I know it's tough to see in the pic but when i googled it looked like that. Is it something serious? Or can be treated? Tried to take good pics but its tough.

Since 5 years, I have observed that my hearing is getting progressively sensitive and painful. Everyday sounds like doors closing, coughing, sneezing or even loud talking have become unbearable. I have perpetual earache and headache. I feel my eardrums getting pulled towards the direction of the sound. Going to the office has become my worst nightmare since there is a large gathering of people constantly coughing, sneezing, sniffing, talking loudly and I'm in pain, unable to concentrate and work. My son is 3 year 6 month old and is suffering from cold that is consistent. He feel sick for close to 4 times but the cold was always there. But when we took to the pediatrician he suggested to go for xray in which Adenoid hypertrophy grade 3 to 4 was detected. He suggested some ryaltris mono spray for 14 days , when I started using this spray he was doing good and there were hardly any signs of cold . But after 7 days the cold is coming back slowly. Report has been attached. Currently he is not having snoring , he doesn't open his mouth while sleeping. The only issue is cold and nose block. Please suggest if this can be resolved with medicines
