Right ear block

My ear is blocking and unblocking on its own for some time and most of the time If I massage a bit then it ll open for few seconds and again closing by its own.

Looks like you're having eustachian tube dysfunction.It's a tube that connects the middle ear to the upper throat and the back of the nasal cavity and plays a role in proper functioning of the middle ear and ensuring the balance of pressure and fluids within the ear.When it's function is impaired by conditions like upper respiratory tract infections or allergy which are most common causes you may experience the above symptoms,but if you don't have these problems then evaluation by nasal endoscopy needed.
