Hearing problem
In childhood ones I played with earbud the I got slightly blood from my ear from that time  hearing was slowly reduced now I hearing less sound in my left ear than right ear

Trauma during childhood could have resulted in a hole in your tympanic membrane .Kindly get a consult and do a Pure tone audiometry to assess the cause of hearing loss and further management.
