White foaming discharge from nose
White foamy discharge coming from nose for the last several months. CT PNS reveals minimal mucosal thickeing in the bilateral maxillary sinus and ethomoid sinisuses. Also mild DNS. Is this this chief cause ?? Or else ?

Your symptoms and CT findings are consistent with chronic rhinosinusitis.You'll need steroid nasal spray and antibiotics.
