White worm like mucus

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Lately when I sneeze, I would be see white small worm like mucous from my nose. I don't have any persistent cold now. The thing is of thick consistency and very white. Should I be worried?! Thanks in advance!

Your symptoms appear to be a normal finding during a cold. You can do steam inhalation with plain water three to four times a day which will help resolve this current problem. If the problem persists or worsens visit the ER
