Diagnosis -Bilateral abductor palsy
When we give adrenaline nebulization through tracheostomy tube wouldnot it directly go downwards in the lungs as the upper air way is mostly blocked with tube. Should we give it through mouth to help with glottic and subglottic edema.

Kindly use 0.9 percent normal saline for nebulization regular basis.।। And sos with adrenaline via tube opening only

Better avoid adrenaline unless it’s needed that emergency And it won’t work in glottis and sub glottis edema if used through tube
