Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From Last 4 Days I Am Having A Problem In Throat Of Scartchness. Feeling Like Clearing Up While Talking. Feeling Like Little Harshness While Talking What Should I Do? Is It A Thing To Worry?

I am having intense dry cough since last 2 weeks. Feel heaviness in chest. Have continuous coughing for few mins without any phlegm. Feel difficulty breathing while taking stairs, doing minor work. No fever as such but feel lethargic. Cough is more at night. My 1 year old also has similar cough. I took Azithromycin and levocitrizine for 3 days, no effect.

I have just recovered from a chest infection last month whose cough lasted for around a month. Last 15th feb i was put on amoxyclav and pulmoclear. On march 2nd i was put on cefpodem xp pulmoclear and difizma inhaler by pulmonologist. Now, its been a week the course over, i see in the morning, i get thick jelly like snot when i clear my nose from back of my throat, once or twice I will see thick yellow snot, and then mostly it will be jelly like clewr snot. Why is this happening again and again! How can I find a cause and get rid of this? Is this cause of allergies?

My son is having sneezing, recurrent cold and severe coughing after every 2 weeks, with treatment with nebulization and antibiotics he gets cured... He is doing mouth breathing while sleeping..and nosy voice... Is all due to adenoids or something else...

11th March evening surgery made. No splint or no plate and all. Just moved the bone to its original postion Doctor advised to remove the package on 20th March. But I removed it forcefully on 16th March itself. I cannot able to tolerate mouth breathing. Doctor got written letter he is not responsible for anything happens. No pain and all now. What to be followed next. When can I take head bath. When can I do face wash with water and soap. Now I am wiping it with wipes. When I can be normal like earlier. Cooking washing vessels , sneezing the nose everything. Since I have the habit of sneezing often earlier itself many years. Request to advise
