Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have pain below the left ear, feeling like food stuck in throat and ear canal, muscle spasms near ear area including neck upper chest, problem in swallowing food, headache, problem in opening jaw widely, feeling like jaw is locked just left side, ear ringing , I have been facing this problem after wisdom teeth extraction, which specialist can treat this ,i am confused if it a tmj problem or throat.

Can i take Montek LC along with Cheston Cold? I am having stuffy nose, cold and cough. I started with Cheston cold (morning and evening), thinking of taking Montek Lc as well. Please suggest

I always feel I am breathing with only one nostrils while the other is getting blocked sometimes left/right.what is the cute for this I don't want to get any surgeries

Sir, I suffered from cold, cough, headache and fever from the last two days. The doctor diagnosed it as upper throat infection and suggested medicines alongwith syrup for cough. Fever is not so high i.e 100-101. No body pains and chillness. Now, fever and cough came to normal condition. Bot, cold (nose blockage) and feel foul smell while inhale. Tastes sour while eating food.

I have swallowed pulmonac 600 tablet and it was stuck in throat but after drinking a few litres of water it went inside but still when I eat I feel pain in swallowing. Does it resolve on its own?

I have nasal polyps since 2011 , right side. It's recurring inverted papilloma. Several times surgery done. In 2021 medial maxillectomy, in 2023 partial maxillectomy done in Paras . Recurred again. Consulted ENT , advised to consult Onco surgeon. Onco surgeon advised to go for extensive surgery and Radiation therapy post operative. Consulted Radiation oncologist Medanta , he also advised to go for Radiation therapy. I don't know should I go for Radiation or not . No idea about recurrence after radiation. Kindly suggest and help 🙏🙏.

Doctor My son 6 yrs had stomach pain and when he pressure his stomach , he got nose bleeding from left side. But the stomach pain was repeated thrice in span of 20days and was reported there for half a day each time . Kindly suggest what precautions to be taken .
