Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear doctor am seeing my husband(age 32y) from last 5yrs onwards 24hrs , 365days he is having cold and nose blockage ...how the people will have nose blockage /cold in entire year,????? any scans should we do??? or wat are reasons behind this??? suggests me thank you

I am using clear wax ear drop now today is 4th day Can I eat painkiller diclofenic to ignore ear pain Or there is side effect of it

I have continuous buzzing in left ear, I was advised tinnex for four weeks but no change. Do we need to continue tinnex for longer... any merit in continuing this medication? I went through a hearing test and was advised this seems to be nerve related, no discharge from the ear. Do you think it could be ear wax ?

From last 8-10 days, I have a problem when I clear my throat in morning like “akkkk" and spit I see very little blood drop in mucus. Also I whenever try to clearing my nose, it seems some blood drop in nasal mucus. But it only happens once in morning and don't happen in whole day. But if I take some spicy food and for spicynes I have to clear my nose or throat, then some blood drop in mucus. But it happens once a day or two times a day forcefully. But I have no cough or any problem. But I have too much cold therefore I have to clear my nose and throat. If I forcefully clear that, after 4-5 times there's some drop of blood in mucus. I am really anxious with that problem. I also don't have any chest pain or any coughing problem.

Last week had severe sore throat doc suggest to have azee 500 later I have continued with calvam 625 . But currently I feel like scratchy and itching feeling in the throat while swallowing. Kindly suggest what kind of infection this is and solution to it

My throat was paining from past few days, yesterday i noticed that there are white pockets / blisters in my throat near my tonsil. What i can be? Any suggestions what to do, as i am feeling difficulty in eating solid or spicy food. Thankyou

It happens to me more often this month's second time. It generally happens at night while sleeping. It's attached to nose and mouth both. When I confronted it today in the mirror I saw there was some redness at the back side of the upper pallette. Even by touching the tongue. I am not sure what's the exact problem is this redness.

Today morning I noticed mouth ulcer in milky white colour which is painless. Earlier there was a small pimple. On it today it got appeared in white colour. Kindly help. I am attaching image..

Hi doctors, In recent days due to cold water I feel continuous discomfort in my throat. When I look in the mirror I see the small tongue inside throat has grown lengthier. Also the left and right sides also grown bigger. Every day I feels like I'm swelling something and it is affecting my day to day life.
