Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My father is having a swelling on the face from inside the mouth , he is not even able to talk eat or swallow food or open mouth , he is a kidney patient also.

My daughter has allergy cold (nose Block)and enlarge adenoid momeflo was given 2 month and montair kid for 1 month .after taking montair kid her allergy is almost gone. And snoring is also reduced now one month course of montair is completed can it be taken again for 15 days as we are travelling

Dear Respected Dr's I have had pharyngitis and today I have seen 3-4 red round spots on my right sided pharyngitis, Is it some infection causing the multiple red spots or something serious...
