My nasal septum is deviated to left. Ent dr suggested for septoplasty. My ecg is report is abnormal. Therefore Ent dr says septoplasty be done under local anaesthesia. Is it possible to operate deviated septum of bony part under local anaesthesia.

Either it is general or local anesthesia, they both had got risks for the surgery if you are a cardiac patient.the risk with the local anesthesia is less when compared to general anesthesia.but in local anesthesia you will have that feel of someone breaking my bones in nose.other than that it has got less risk compared to general anesthesia

I do not do Septoplasty but Endoscopic Nasal Surgery which unlike Septoplasty is a customised solution of microendoscopic surgeries and it is a packless surgical procedure. When patient is either unfit for General Anaesthesia or upon specific request, it can be done under Local Anaesthesia with Intravenous Sedation(also called Monitored Anaesthesia Care - MAC).
Next Steps
Select your Surgeon and Hospital carefully. Do your research by googling thoroughly both the Doctor and the hospital. More than surgery, good post operative care for subsequent 2 weeks gives great outcomes and is the secret of my success.
