Papilloma is not cancerous but better remove it . We need to examine the patient to be sure it's papilloma. If any doubt remove it. If is small excision ,go for it.

Not so serious It is benign tumour of tongue ( wart like ) Prefer surgical excision under local anaesthesia and send biopsy for histopath evaluation
