Sore voice due to speaking loudly
I have had a sore voice since I started my new job as a teacher. I am drinking warm water but it is getting hoarser every day. As I can't avoid speaking, please suggest how I can heal my voice. I am finding it really difficult to speak

You need to do videolaryngosvopy to check if any changes in your vocal cord. Also speech therapist counselling. Drinking warm water but talking loudly will not help. If u talk for 30min ,10 min voice rest s required. If already changes in vocal cord, it needs to be corrected

It is laryngitis You can get laryngeal endoscopy done to rule out vocal nodules Plus don’t talk loud Give some voice rest every 5 mins , drink water and the. Continue Keep your throat hydrated Chew losenges
