Pain in right jaw in front of ear

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I have been suffering from pain in front of my ear and jaw for the last 8 days. It becomes difficult for me to open my mouth for the first few times then after the pain is reduced. I have been taking antibiotics for the last 4 days along with a pain killer. But still I could not feel any relief. I have an x-ray today. But I only have the plate as the report is awaited. Please guide...
