Head pressure and movements
I feel like head movements and some head pressure. I'm not sure if this is related to inner ear infection. I have normal blood pressure and no fever. Cannot focus on moving objects. But my heamoglobin is 9 and vitamin b12 is 181. Not sure, if this is causing head pressure. Please let me know. Thank you.

Haemoglobin and vit b12  are lower side. Need treatment for that. Giddiness may be due to bppv. Evaluation is needed.
