Blood is coming from nose
Dear Dr I've been experiencing bleeding from my nose. Could you please advise me on the best course of action. I would appreciate your prescription. What would be better . Either home remedies or other . Kindly advise. Thanks

Use decongestant nasal drops And have anti allergic tablet with vitamin c tablet for now Monitor blood pressure twice daily Need to rule out the cause of epistaxis later

Sitting upright, leaning slightly forward and pinching both nostrils shut for 5 to 10 minutes may help stop a nosebleed. Repeating these steps may help. Tranexemic acid 500 mg 1 tab sos if bleeding. Find the underlying cause of Nose bleed.
