Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am getting yellow water from my nose from yesterday. it came yesterday morning and also today in the early mornings

In my neck i have a lymph note from one year and one month. is not increased or decreased. why is that? what is it? Can you give me an advice please?

All day today both of the insides of my ears have been incredibly itchy. The itching is almost unbearable. I've tried so hard not to itch the inside with my fingers but I can't help it. A few months ago I had a nasty ear infection that took several visits to different doctors and many rounds of steroids and antibiotics to go away. I'm not sure the doctors ever knew why/how it occurred or what it was. I'm afraid of it happening again. What could be causing this itching and how can I stop it?

I can't hear out my left ear and under my jaw and in my neck on the right side is very painful to touch to move my head and to cough but it isn't swollen

I have a cysts on right side neck and head is it any series problem ,only one big sized cyst on right side neck and very small size cysts in head and also in neck. I've been having a systematic swelling behind the right ear for 3yrs and I feel irritation and pain sometimes and I keep touching it.I consulted both ENT and general doctors.They told me I have a sensitive skin and please don't touch it.and they gave me some antibiotics.But the availability of that antibiotics are very less so I can't purchase it.Now I stopped touching it and the swelling is getting reduced but still I can feel that inside my skin.Pls tell me what is it?Why ?Is it dangerous?

Hi I am suffering from tannitus past from 10 years i have visited many ENT doctor no use Even I have taken gingiko biloba tables for a year but no use I am getting sound sleep So is there any treatment for it

First of all avoid any generic answer and unless u r an expert who can clearly think don't answer this. I will book follow up appointment for proper answer. I am more than capable of searching runny nose and well aware of general answer so plz don't answer just like that unless u rank ur self as brightest minds because I m frankly tired of low class doctors and is as simple as that. I get runny nose every 7-10 days unless I choose to treat it with levocitrizin and just 1 tablet 5mg works for me. Taking more does not change this cycle. I often choose duonase which causes short term stuffy nose in which resolves itself within a day but doesn't fix runny nose cycle and is less effective. I have slightly bent nose bone (not very serious) as per CT scan. Problem is I don't want to consume antihistamine which can cause slightest dry mouth issue because I got dry mouth issue followed by some mouth allergy due to Montek LC treatment (once a day) for 3 months. How to manage it for long run ?
