Maxillary Sinusitis
Good day! I had an MRI but I wasnt able to have the results checked. It says: Visualized Paranasal sinuses: small convex T2W/FLAIR hyperintensity in the left maxillary And on the conclusion part, it says: Mucus retention cyst vs polyp, left maxillary sinus Im already thinking I do have sinusitis but I hope you can help me understand how serious my case is. Thank you.

Don't worry. MRI is a soft tissue imaging. Even a minor changes are visualised as pathological. I don't think you need to do anything at all about it.
