Mild Sinusitis ( Maxillary )
20 August 2021, I started Smoking cessation than on sept i had loss of voice ( recovered in 3 weeks approx ) , than inflammation of tonsil which lasted more than a month as well as throat infection , in November i had palatal infection , in december ENT PNS radiographic report says mucosal thickening of both maxillary something with no symptom . My ENT Mrs Sangeeta Kalita helped me throughout my Quit smoking journey . In January follow up visit to her I said everything that I still feel palate burning feeling , slight redness medial to Maxillary teeth region 28 . He prescribed me SM FIBRO for 90 days . Redness of mucosa in palate gone but a small portion still slightly elevated , she also asked a dentist to examine my mouth  . I had to removed those wisdom teeth . But now my main issue is sudden face pain , headache , eye pressure sometimes . My ENT is out of city for a month . what advice anyone of ENT suggest me as now i know i have mild sinusitis only as of radiology reports .

May be you are suffering from Trigeminal neuralgia. Trigeminal neuralgia is a condition that causes painful sensations similar to an electric shock on one side of the face.
