Hello doctor I’m very frequently having throat infections lately since march. i’m a moderate alcohol drinker and smoke very rarely. Recently i’ve been facing persistent Pain in the throat which usually occurs when i swallow saliva not while eating or drinking water. i consulted with an ENT and she said it is due to tonsils. I have a history of Cronic tonsillitis when i was young! also i have seen some red boils at the back of my throat. is it throat cancer? or my tonsillitis is back?

Is this serious if pdw and rdw-sd are low. My urine test is clear. i have stuffy and running nose problem for last 1 year. other Pera meters are norm in cbc and urine test. also i have gone through with my xray of sinus it is clear. please let me know.

My spit color is change from last some months. Since February... I have done some tests but they all came out to be normal except my Hemoglobin was high 19 and my red blood cells were little high.. I have again done blood test and hemoglobin is down to 17.5 and red blood cells are normal...But I still notice brown color when I spit 4 or 5 times continously... It came out to be white in first or second time but when I spit continously then the color get changed in 4th or 5th time... I use to have tonsils problem as well but I am not sure if this related to tonsils.. I hope there is nothing serious.

I've attached pictures.. I've these bumps in my throat which are encircled in the picture.. And this bump increases and decreases in size and I also have middle ear effusion of eustachian tube... I get sore and burning sensation in my throat and ear sometimes and these happen only on the right side where the bump is .... Are these bumps normal? Or are these something to worry about?
