Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been Suffering from Sinusitis from Last 6 month, My symptoms are( Headache, fever, Sore throat, facial pain, blocked nose, breathing problem, affected sleep, mental stress) and I am allergic to dust as well, I tried using Sprays like ( nasonex, otrivin plus, avamys)My GP has done CT scan for me and report are in progress, he advised me to use Avamys nasal spray and sinus rinse kit for next two three months. But when I am using these spray my throat is irritating, dry,pain while swolling

I had a flight on Monday (working as cabin crew). When landing I had a pain in my ear and it has been blocked since. On my way home I had liquid in my ear and later on realised that there are stains of blood too. Tuesday morning went to doctor. He said its ear infection and I should be ready to fly after 48hrs, prescribed Amoxicillin. My ear is still blocked and I have to work tomorrow. How safe is it? What might be the consequences? Is my eardrum already broken? How can i prevent it breakin

I went for outing to waterfall & had taken bath in river as well as beneath the waterfall. After some days very mild pain in left ear started which comes intermittently twice or thrice in a day. Very rarely right ear feels pain inside. Doctor seen through camera but both ears are good. Found both nostrils are blocked & swollen but this is with me all the year. Per doctor, its air borne allergy but if my nose has this problem all the year than i am not sure the cause found is correct.
