Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have swollen tonsils with white pus from last one n half year and I have cyst on my epiglottis and past 6 months back white or grey I think ulcer appear on my pharynix wall that don't go way no pain but past 2 weeks I am having lot of pain .nothing works for it

I have been having foul odor from nose for the past 7 months. Underwent FESS surgery 5 months ago with no use. Have been on antibiotics, been using fluticasone spray for 5 months now. The smell does not go. Have been using Nasospray daily twice for past 5 months. Recent endoscopy is normal with trace amount of pus. Recent CT scan is also normal. Can not undergo resurgery since am on blood thinner (Xarelto). What is the medical management? I am not eating panuts, eggs, pulses,bread

I am suffering from Dry cough with Little amount of flum and i also observed that my tongue is Dry always from the last few days ..Cough is not very frequent so i ignored it..But its not get reduced..And I have habit of Smoking and i usually smoke 2 or 3 Cigarrettes per day i think that it's happening due to this .Can you please Suggest me the medication ??
