Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, My mother recently diagnosed with Sinus problem. Doctors gave medicines and she is bit relived. Doctor also suggested that there might be a requirement of cleaning the scum through some vacuum machine. Would be of great help if someone can let me know if we should go with that and are there any repercussions considering her age or we should rely on medicines for now?

How to get rid of cold without taking supplements. i have clogged nose from 1 day. i want to get rid of it.

Right side throat pain from 3 months. Taking antibiotics pain has reduced but not fully covered. Sometime it pains while swallowing but sometimes don’t. Get ear pain sometime. I have thyroid but not taking any medicine for that

I am facing a issue in my throat from last 2-3 months..however it does not happen all time.. When I am eating,I am feeling uncomfobility in throat like..- something is struck in throat,a small pain ..etc...but it does not happens always..sometime it occurs sometime not.. Can you guide why it happens and it's solution...?

We are feeding my 83 year old father liquids and meds through a nose tube and semi solid food through his mouth. For the past 8 days he has had hiccups and now he is getting a fever. The tube will not be remove anytime soon because he chokes when swallowing liquids. Please advise what we should do.
