Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My report show me I have suffered of gland tb. At my neck different small sizes gilthy has marked. My weight is getting down that was 40 kg but after 8 months it be 30 kg so please refer me a good precautions and diet suggestions.

I've been getting vibrations in my left ear, during the night and early morning. It happens for slightest noise or a dog bark or some noise in the surrounding. It's like something fiddling with my eardrum. There is no issue when I'm at work. I've had this issue since a couple of years I guess.
