Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am feeling dust alerji past many years if any good medical benefits please suggest if required I will come for the test

Is surgery necessary for perforated eardrum? Please advise. I get occasional pain and discharge from the affected ear.

To that I got a reply, that it won't be harmful in limited amounts such as 1/day... I just wanted to clarify that will this regular intake affect the vocal chord in anyway ? Suffering from ear pain you have cleaned the ear water is coming from ear and pain is coming circle of ear

I feel a bump inside my throat, the right side of my neck is swollen. I have difficulty breathing when laying down. It's been happening for 3 or 4 days

Serverly painful lesion's in back of throat but not the tonsils. Almost impossible to swallow. No other symptoms. At all!. I had them the other morning after walking up. My girlfriend had the same type of similar marks but on her tongue. She also had trouble swallowing. Hers lasted a little less than 2 days. Gone without treatment. I was seen in clinic today. Dr didn't run any tests just perscribed antibiotics. My girlfriend feels this is something other than strep.

Left ear ringing for 2.5 months. Both ear feels heavy and wired. No other issue, No pain, No problem with hearing.

Whenever I drink cold water, I usually feel clog in my ears as if there's water in my ears
