Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I am an IT professional and uses around 5 to 6 hours on calls use my headphones and because of this I am feeling pain in my ear. What I can do to treat this ?

Started with pain and swelling in the inner part of cheek two days ago. Now the swelling has reached my ear as well as throat. There is pain in ear and throat as well. Pain in throat is like that of tonsils. Moderate pain while swallowing. Please suggest something.

Sprayed insect killer and inhaled it, got sore throat after that , tried salt water gargle, applied glycerine nothing worked but increased the pain. can't swallow food or water ...feels like swallowing glass. very painful

I have traumatic perforated eardrum can it heal on its own ? Is any antibiotic required ? Can i be normal again ?

Plz see my ABR report and say whether cochlear microphonics are present...and diagnosis of it whether cochlear implant will benefit

I'm having a nasal cavity pain from last two days in upper nose left side nd upper jaws left side.i was just turning around while sleeping and suddenly I felt that a vein is stretched in forehead.i thought it is because of pimple above right side eyebrow on forehead which didnt grew and left like swollen spot with fuss remained in it and some blood inside it.Whenever I rest on bed it increases but remains very very slight when standing or sitting.Had sinus operations 4 yr ago.Is it another sinus
