Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Having pain in throat from last 10 days Having pain killer and antibiotics but not getting relief It feels like pain is like something is getting pricked

I am not good with my throat it’s paining nd I am not able to swallow anything

I have a round plae yellow spot (less than 5 mm diameter) on my back throat.I noticed it 3 weeks back.it is still there.what could it be.i have no pain.

I have a pain just below the earlobe right exactly near the tonsils from past three days now..I have trouble while gulping the food

I was going to swimming since last month and stopped since last week and also was sleeping in a.c but that also I stopped since last week,its been 2 weeks I am affected with cold ,now it reduced a little bit but not fully any medicine for this?I am not having any fever also,i had plum few days back but now no plum or cough,only dry cold,any remedy?

Feel Pain at one point in throat only left side also feels congestion in this side of throat. Feels pain only when swallowing empty or water.no pain at the time of food. Also feel this problem a month ago. Now it occurs again. What it can be.last time doctor gives antibiotics and it's gone. Now feels again same problem same side of throat.
