I have sore right lymph node it has been an year now. Sometimes it pains slightly in uncomfortable neck positions. Sometimes during swallowing. I went to a doctor 8 months ago. He checked from outer part only. It was a govt hospital. I believe he didn't check prproperly and gave priscribed some meds which i currently can't tell. When i feel pain i start to worry relating it to the 'C' word. Please help me. I am right now thinking to buy azithromycin antibiotic, thought to consult specialists.

Take antibiotic course for a week. Capsule Amoxyclav 625 mg three times a day for 7 days. Get an ultrasound of neck done. Consult the physician. Mostly it may be non specific lymph node infection.
