Ear drum hole and ear infection

Dear sir first i am informing you that my left earsdrum is an hole. Now ear infections caused and outer side of the ears size is changed and ear is leaking. What i do sir. Sorry for the inconvenience because my English knowledge is weak

U shud avoid water entry into ear. While taking bath use cotton soaked with Vaseline as ear plugs. Avoid exposure to cold. Take medical treatment to control ur infection. After infection subsides go for surgery to avoid repeated infections. Capsule Amoxyclav 625 mg three times a day for 7 days. Tablet Sinarest two times a day for seven days. Tablet Rantac 150mg two times a day for 7 days. Ciplox ear drops three drops a day for 7 days. Consult ENT doctor at the earliest.
