Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There is a visible boil (Funsi) in the left ear visible. It id just inside the ear and pains even if touched slightly.

Yellow colour cough and throat paining. Feeling thirsty during the day. Suffering from last 4 days.

I have too much itching in my ears that cause bleeding. Can u pls advise if I should go to skin doctor or ENT. Advise any medicine to get relief.

There is itching on my soft palate and there is small red spot on my hard palate what should i do it's been more than one week

I get frequent bouts of cold with sneezing, running nose, watery eyes and mild wheezing during June -October. Allegra 180 mg seems to help. After 3 days of usage, the symptoms are subdued for few days and then it returns. Question is : can I continue Allegra 180 again~ what's the restrictions on usage in terms of continuous usage and duration?

I am suffering from nose bleeding from last 2 years but it was not so severe. But from last 2 days it has been severe and it doesn't stop for a while. From previous disgonosis i have some kind of wound in my nose. Plz suggest some medicine.

I had itchy throat and thus I looked inside my mouth and in the arch infront of the tonsils,in the backside of the arch there are undulations like bump which got me panicked. Ive attached pictures in which it is pointed. Is it normal? Is it alright? In the picture it is on the right side
