Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Which medicine should I use for my 2 yr baby running nose and cough . Please advise any syrup that can help to get rid of running nose.

I hear my own voice from left ear.I cant speak louder as i hear my voice back from left ear.Its been more than 5 months now.I did all the tests..There is no wax in my ear.Audiometrh is also fine.Doctor said it is air pressure. I am irritated with this problem now. Please help

I have snoring problem from almost 10 years. Very big snoring and I open my mouth while sleeping. In my childhood I had allergiy bronchitis. I had medication for lungs allergy. I always feel my internal nose airways patially closed inside and also inside the throat I feel something obstacle is there while making a normal swallow. Even I feel difficulty for breathing  also while taking breath with nose. I use mouth sometimes for breathing. My snoring is not a normal snoring, it's too noisy like a hippo. Please suggest the treatment and what kind of specialist doctors I need to consult. Thank you.

I swam a week before .. I still get a crackle or bubble sound in my ear when I press .. I feel my ear heavy ( right ear ) I usually have this problem of ear infection . I wore a cap this time.. but still I feel the fluid inside

I am always tired even after a full nights sleep. I also always have swollen lymph nodes. Its been this way for over 2 years

I have lost the sense of taste. This is going on for a very long time like 5-6 years. Every month or in 2 months there comes a week where i lose the taste for like 5-7 days usually after cold. This time it has been 11 days and it was without any cold. I am a smoker as well . I smoke 4-5 cigarettes a day. This is happening before started smoking.

I am not able to talk properly now a days. I cant produce high pitch voice and can't sing properly. I had more mucus generation problem earlier but now its no more and I have just a dry throat.
