Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir/madam, There is something continuously ringing in my ear. I cleaned with my ears with earbuds gently and i didn't found anything in my ear. But still buzzing in my ear.

My right ear is blocked from last 7 days or so... Am not able to here properly. Also had cough and cold. Could there be something done about this?

Hi ihave been suffering from hypothyroidism for the last 7 years when i first had T3 is 0.82 ng/m (0.6 to 1.85 ng/m) T4 is 7.3 micro grams/100 (4.0 to 11.6 mg/100)and TSH is 86 microU/ml (0.3 to 5.2 microU/ml) and im taking thyronorm 125 mg and 12.5 mg and now it has come to normal range. T3- 0.82 ng/m T4 -7.3 micro grams/100 TSH is 3.5 microU/ml can i stop medication?

How can i hear clearly .......... sir please give me suitable suggestion... hydhdydhdhubbdbbdgggdvdgd
