Runny nose for over a week
I have had a runny nose for over a week now and also my face looks a little puffy, could it be sinus ? I initially had a mild fever but it's not there any more. Do I need to go to the doctor ?

Running nose could be due to allergic rhinitis..if you got pain over face, fever and heaviness then sinusitis could be there.
You should get it clinically examined by a doctor and may need X-RAY paranasal sinuses (waters view).
You should take treatment for allergic rhinitis.
