Tinnitus and hearing loss. Any how?

High frequency hearing loss usually in both ears indicate noise induced damage. Do u work in noisy surroundings ? Do u use much of ear phones ?? Avoid noise exposure. Use ear muffs or plugs to protect urself from noise. Use tablet Nurac Od which is neuro protective. If u avoid noise exposure and use this tablet it may stop progressing. Otherwise it may progress to a level where u need to use hearing aid.  Ur left Max sinus mucosal thickening may be due to the infection following tooth cleaning. Ur dental condition is responsible for sinus infection. ND sinus infection inturn may lead to ear problems. But u r suffering from sensorineural hearing problem for which sinus is not responsible. For tinnitus u can try tablet tinnicar once daily . If there is an organic cause for tinnitus on treating the cause d tinnitus will subside. If it is non organic u need to adjust with it. U need to consult ENT physician to rule out acoustic neuroma . For which ur doctor may advice MRI contrast.
