Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My son had his mastoidectomy surgery at Fortis last year. Has recovered well but has been sleeping with his mouth open for a long time now. His voice is also nasal and seems that he has a nasal blockage. He has been avoiding water since he was diagnosed with ear problem. Please advise medicine to remove nasal blockage slowly and gradually. Thanks Saurabh Aggarwal

What causes my ear to sound stuffy where I can hear myself talk,breathe etc . I have no pain so it doesn’t hurt it’s just very annoying I’ve been told it was sinuses but no sinus medicine works ?

I believe i have a canker sore on my palatoglossal arch which has been increasing in size. i do not have a headache, nor any stomach pains. The only pain is where the supposed ulcer resides. any idea of what it could be if not a canker sore, and what i should do to treat it? it's been about a week and has shown no signs of slowly down or healing yet.

Is it ok if I take Alegra M tablets for a long duration, preferably throughout the year? Is it harmful for the body?

Hi,im Roni from my childhood i have troat problem,many small pimples types thing are there and frangiaties,tonsilities have became common problem for me so, i want to know what to do because every after 1 or 2month gapping i feel severe pain in my throat, and i also have polypus in both side of my nose,dust allergies at present i m taking ofloxacin 200 tablets and levocetirizine Dihydrochloride tablets 5mg,please help me by giving proper suggestion. I m suffering from Allergic Rhinitis since last 10 years. Symptoms includes Runny nose, sneezing n watery eyes. I m taking levocetrizine n Avamys spray every day.  Is there any solution for allergic rhinitis? Is there any specific laboratory tests which can find allergen? Is it safe to take levocetrizine tab for such a long period? Is it safe to take Fluticasone furoate nasal spray for such a long period? Looking for proper reply from experts

Hello My wife is having sneezing problem with cold which continues all days at times and resulting headache. This happens in all seasons.

I have been previously visiting ENT doctor. My left ear contains some hard material that seems to be deposited just inside the ear hole. It is hard and seems to be stuck to the inner wall. It pains when I try to remove it. Most of the time my hearing is blocked. I got my ears cleaned before but after last time this happened.
