Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I constantly have a liquid coming out of my ear. I have a dry buildup in the outer ear to the point where skin is about to crack and cannot be touched with out extreamly pain. It constantly has a sharp pain. Started in just right but now in left.

High level of ear pain. I can't sleep. I had Crocin And has kept hot 💧 bag. I. Am having cold past 1 Week. Please suggest The Medicine

It says: Visualized Paranasal sinuses: small convex T2W/FLAIR hyperintensity in the left maxillary And on the conclusion part, it says: Mucus retention cyst vs polyp, left maxillary sinus Im already thinking I do have sinusitis but I hope you can help me understand how serious my case is.
