Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel my nose is obstructed my a mass. It sometimes blocks right side of nose sometimes left side. It looks like turbinate hypertrophy but hypertrophy is uni/bilateral but not alternating unilateral.

Please tell how faster i can get rid of puberphonia? This is condition of high pitch sound from male!!

I have blocked ear from 1 week . I feel heaviness in my left ear. In my childhood my ears generally flows. I consulted a doctor then he washed my ear with pressurized water and my ear problem solved. But afrer 9 years when i was 15 I feel severe pian in my left ear. I went tona doctor. Then he checked me and told that there is a hole in my ear drum. He prescribed me some ear drops and tablets. Then again my problem was solved. Now I'm 21 years old. I am feeling like blocked pressurized ear.

Blood comes out at least 4 times a day we have gone through many diagnosis But and every doctor gives us another results

I was diagnosed with acid reflux and had frequent burning throat... There are some bumps on my throat wall... Now after treatment burning throat and all irritation  have gone.. Will the bumps subside ever?

I am feeling dust alerji past many years if any good medical benefits please suggest if required I will come for the test

Is surgery necessary for perforated eardrum? Please advise. I get occasional pain and discharge from the affected ear.

I had earlier asked a question of whether or not taking regular anti alergic tabs such as Allegra M and Montair fx are harmful or not. To that I got a reply, that it won't be harmful in limited amounts such as 1/day... I just wanted to clarify that will this regular intake affect the vocal chord in anyway ? As I'm a professional vocalist...
