Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Had food from a restaurant and post that felt acidity and bloating...took eno . It was followed by difficulty in swallowing food/water from the next day. This has continued for 2 days.

My nose bleedin for 2 months. I consult many doctors but they ignore me.my nose bleed when i go out.

I got a viral infection possibly went to a sinus infection, then to bronchitis five weeks ago. Most symptoms are better now but I have lost my smell and taste. I can only get scant smells of certain things and only taste distorted flavors of salt, sweet, sour. Also my voice is not right, very week, hoarse. I am having pain in neck just below the jaw, when I touch the area the pain increases and tilting the neck also increases the pain. This is on the left side. The area of pain is very small. It may be a lymph issue but I don't seem to have any other infection that seems to be causing it.
