Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

One of my ears feels clogged. My hearing in that ear is muffled and its uncomfortable but not painful. I was wondering how I can that buildup.

Greetings to you doctor.i.am male aged 22 i am having head ache...pain in ear that stays for 5 seconds and passes away.. and sometimes i feel like one ear suddenly gets dim..my eyes are paining.. having body pains...in shoulders...near back..on both knees ...sometimes i feel like my teeth are buzzing...i m getting head ache frequently these days...i am also having pain in my throat...yyy is this happeningg doctor

My nose look weird it look like these deviated ,please tell me what us these and treatment for these

In which cases tinnitus is permanent..?? And if there is no damage in ear..(as per the scanning reports)..is there chance to get permanent tinnitus..?? In which cases the tinnitus is temporary..?? Can any doctor tell exactly what is the reason to get the tinnitus...by examining the particular patient..?? Please any doctor give me answers to this questios...
