I'm having a small blockage inside my left ear from past 1 week, there is no leakage but now its painfull, what could be the problem, is it serious ?

For 3 wks, everytime i swallow. I feel no pain at all but just im not comfortable. Feels like i stucked a tiny food in my throat when i swallow. I take lozenges already, and hot calamansi juice maybe i am just feeling under the weather but still has no improvement. Should i consult a ENT specialist for this? I took 3 pills of curam which is an antibiotic containing 500mg of amoxicillin for my cold. Then I found out I shouldn't have taken them and I'm currently experiencing headaches. Should I continue taking the antibiotic or just stop completely?

When my son was 2 years old he fell down from sofa n got slight nose bleeding...after tat last month one day when he got up from bed for his nature call he had severe nose bleeding... V consulted with our doctor he gav celin tablets for him...today in his school one of his friend punched his nose which again let to nose bleed...pls do help wat should I do
