I m a 23 yr male but I feel I have a slight higher pitch voice and also I can't talk for long duration due to voice fatigueness...is it curable??

I sometimes have pain inside my mouth and near/in the ears at times. Since last few days I am experiencing excess water in my mouth when I smoke. I am a smoker, 6/10 per day on an average since last 4 years. What may be the cause and whom should I visit? I am 26 year old, male.

I'm in my second trimester. It's been three days since I've had this intense pain in my left ear. With an inability to hear i went to a doctor who said that it's a ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. But the pain is still there and my ear is totally blocked. Is it possible that I may go permanently deaf. Do I need to go for another doctor if my condition persists.. plz do suggest

So I was diagnosed with loss of cervical lordosis last mnth through an xray I did few excercises and It got fine. but then since two days Im having vertigo. It gets worse when I go for a walk or when i travel. like even for 15mins distance. is it just because of the neck problem? Or something more serious.

I have stiffness and pain in neck, shoulder and upper back. I tried a few stretches which are now causing ear pain too. I consulted ortopedist and did an X ray of neck. The results came back normal. Sometimes I find it difficult to bend my neck to read or write. The stiffness also seems to put me off balance. I feel like I'm in a boat or about to fall. My ears are fine and do not observe any problem. What could be possibly causing this condition? I have already consulted ENT, Ortopedist and neurologist but nobody is able to point to the exact cause. Whom should I consult on this.
