Nose tissue removal
So i’m getting a surgery to take my tonsils, adenoids and sinuses out. the surgeon also told me that he’ll be taking soft tissue out my nose. i have no idea what this means. he didnt explain it so i’m just really nervous because i dont know what to expect. will there be any scarring, brusing or bleeding? will i have to wear a nose cast or something? i just wanna know the exact thing that’ll happen because i want to be prepared

Ask your operating surgeon what he is planning to do Probably  he is planning for adeno Tonsillectomy  along with reduction  if turbinate. There will be no external  scar . Chances of bleeding  is insignificant.
