Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I was diagnosed with Mucositis on 19th June and was on multivitamins, anti fungal and anti alergics during this time. Blood tests gave low vitamin B12(170) and high total ige(378). Tongue was healing but have patches formed again with 2 ulcers spreading. Doctor said that this is geographic tongue and there is no need to worry. I am on Vitamin B12 and omnacortil 10mg. Please suggest how long would tongue take to heal.
