Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From last few weeks I am not able to hear clear and always feel heavy in my ear. Kindly suggest me what to do

I face problem of cold frequently even in the summers. The reason is change in temperature or whether.

One thing is bothering me a lot.I have experienced this for a lot of times. If someone saying something loudly from some distance of 50m-60m from me, I can't hear it clearly what does he said but guy besides me hears perfectly and i had to ask him that what that person said. I have experienced this for many times and my friends also says that you hear less or what. Please help me, What could be the possible reasons for this problem?

Burning sensation in throat and tightness in throat and feel something stuck in my throat last 8 months

While using head phones I'm getting headache.if I use only right side ear phone I'm getting headache from the same side.

I had an operation for nasal polyps in my right nose 4-5days ago. Before the operation I felt my ears tickles and sometimes breaking or ringing sounds in it .some heaviness as if some water there in my ears. Particularly my right ear. My doctor said its all due to the nasal polyps. But after 5-6days of the operation I am suffering with the same ear problems. When I asked my doctor he said let's see for some more days otherwise we will wash the ear. This ear problem really irritates me. It happens more while I am sleeping or in the night . sometimes it makes my throat irritates and a little cough also.

Tsh 10.03, T4 and T3 within range ... Working out daily for 1.30 hour since last 6 months  still no change in weight . Workout includes swimming and cardio. I do eat fast. I have a double chin.

I feel my nose is blocked always and can't breathe properly and sometimes feels a sound in my ears too... Suddenly I start sneezing 15 to20 times and over...I consulted a doctor and he advised me to go for NCCT PNS. after seeing CT he prescribed me some medicines for 10 days and said there may be require a surgery becoz of nasal bone...What should I do?

One year back I started noticing my crooked nose and had been punched too and I would not want to go for any rhinoplasty and then I came to know about the nasal bone reduction where the aceseps are used like an instrument to straighten your nasal bone is it possible for me to do it ?? Doctors have tried to influence me for a surgery but I want the nasal bone reduction only
