Doctor i have bethesda grade 2 problem..some doctor suggest me to oprate this
I wanna ask you,this problwm is not treat with medicines??is opreation must for this problem??

Bethesda is related to cytopathology of thyroid, though its not fullproof, but suggestive of the pathology that the tissue is carrying.
Next Steps
If the goitre size is not significant or if found to be due to biochemical derangement then medication is suffice, otherwise surgery is the treatment.
Health Tips
Surgery is almost uneventful in experienced hand.
